Toilets / Showers
Yes, we have toilet facilities along with Bucket Fed Showers
Camping
Camping is available with the option of venue hire only.
- $10 per Adult, $5 per Child per Night.
- The sites are not powered.
- Camping fees are the responsibility of the Hirer & to be placed in the Fee Box in Barn area.
Dogs
No dogs are allowed at Venue.
Weddings
3 Day Hire: Set up Friday, Celebration on Saturday, Clean up on Sunday.
No time restrictions
Cleaning
- Kitchen must be left in a clean state with floors mopped.
- Barn area to be swept.
- Cigarette butts and bottle tops to be cleaned up from outside grassed & gravel areas.
Children
Must have adult supervision at all times due to water danger of unfenced creeks and dams.
Fires
Definitely NO Fires (other than specified areas between April and October).
Footwear
Sensible footwear and advise no stilettos as ground is uneven and difficult to navigate.
Catering
- Outside caterers are welcome to use kitchen facilities.
- Self Catering - No deep fryers, toasters, urns or electric kettles to be used.
Tables/Chairs
There are 23 x 6ft trestle tables available (each table will seat 6) and 120 chairs (green plastic with arms, will not take chair covers).

Crockery/ Cutlery/ Glassware
Available from

Projector
Available for Hire.
Gas Heater
Available for Hire.
Eskies/Ice
Ice requirements for 2 large tubs in bar area: 6 x 15kg crushed
Large blue esky: 1 x 15kg solid block plus 2 x 15kg crushed ice available from
Golden West Ice Geraldton.
Generator Power
Please liaise with management with regards to power requirements.
